You will receive a short, heartfelt ceremony by an amazing officiant at a beautiful outdoor covered pavillion (rain or shine) in downtown Kingston, Ontario. You can bring up to 15 guests, and you will receive 1 hour of professional wedding photography coverage that includes the ceremony and wedding portraits with the couple and family members. When the photographer has finished sorting and editing your photos, your final image collection will contain at least 30 photos that you can print, send to family and friends, or use to create albums.

We want to ensure that your ceremony is stress-free, easy, and that you have quality photographs to capture the excitement of the day.

Optional add-ons for an additional fee include a guitarist who can accompany the processional, signing of register, and recessional, and also a bouquet and boutonnière from Chartreuse Flowers.

1. Fill out our contact form to inquire about your specific ceremony date and time.

2. Email with our team to confirm and book your wedding. 50% deposit will be due upon time of booking.

3. You will need a marriage license, and you will have to bring this to the wedding ceremony. You can get it from this Service Ontario website.

4. You will receive an email confirmation the week of your wedding to ensure all details are accurate.

5. Arrive at Newlands Pavilion (Macdonald Memorial Park) on your wedding date before your ceremony start time (10-15 minutes). There is plenty of parking in the park near Murney Tower and sometimes on Emily Street.

6. Pay the remaining 50% of your package cost to the officiant.

7. Get married and have photos taken!

8. When your photos are ready your photographer will reach out to you to arrange the best way to receive them (online link, USB drive, etc).

9. Be sure to order a marriage certificate 8 weeks after your wedding date!
